How should I schedule my appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling or visiting the Healthcare Center. If you have made an appointment, you will be given a detailed instruction sheet on what to expect from medical check-up along with a stool and sputum collection kit. If you make your appointment on the phone, we will send you the instruction sheet with the collection kit. Do not forget to bring the instruction sheet and collection kit with you when you come in for your medical check-up.
