- Please put your name for all your personal belongings.
- Make sure to have absolute necessary stuffs only to make luggage small.
- From the viewpoint of complying with infection protection and Sanitation Environment of Hospitalization, we are asking patients’ cooperation for wearing hospital gown in the hospital. Usage Fee for hospital gown is 432 Yen per day (including 3 pieces; Pajama, bath towel and face towel, tax included)
- For preventing the accident, please do not carry around the substantial amount of cash money and/or valuables, scissors and knifes in the hospital.
- Please come to hospital with removing manicure or nail-art before hospitalization.
On hospitalization day
Please come to the 1st floor In/Out Hospitalization Reception Desk in prior to designated time on the hospitalization day, and submit documentations necessary for hospitalization.
