About Outing/Sleep Out

  • Outing and Sleep Out is permitted only at exceptional case. Please consult with your doctor in charge or nurse at least one day prior.
  • When Outing/Sleep Out is permitted, please fill out “Outing/Sleepout Application” form.
  • When going out, please have “Outing/Sleepout Application” with you. When returns, please give it back to nurses.
  • When return will delay due to the compelling reason, please consult with each hospital ward.
  • Please be aware that hospitalization charge or private room charge is applicable even when outing or sleep out.

About Infection Prevention

Gargling, wash hand and putting mask on are very important for preventing the infection. Conducting these precautions before eating, after toilet, entering to hospital room or going out from hospital room are requested for all patients in hospital or visiting hospital peoples.

About Rollover/Fall Off

Effort at our hospital

  1. We will explain about rollover and fall off at hospitalization.
  2. Evaluate necessary patient individually in order to understand the risk of rollover and fall off.
  3. For the patient having a risk, we, together with a patient, plan for the measures to prevent rollover and fall off.
  4. We will consult with patient how to prevent rollover and fall off after the discharge from hospital.

Please note the followings to prevent rollover and fall off.

Shoes・・・check it
Use rubber sole shoes with heel which is commonly used daily.
Bed-Side Bar/Fall Preventive Movement Sensor・・・put when necessary
We will consult numbers of bed-side bar and its position.
Moves from bed or walking on passage way・・・Pay attention on moving object
Do not use unstable thing as a support (Over-table, Bedside Cabinet, IV stand are unstable)
When going to toilet or washroom・・・Caution when start moving
It may reel after when taking sleeping tablet or medicine for blood pressure.
Organize bed-side things・・・Is there any stumble object?
Do not place things on floor. Please consult with nurse when chair or VT stand may block your movement.
