NOTICE OF RELAXATION OF VISITATION RESTRICTIONS
ABOUT VISITATION
To prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections, we have prohibited visitation in principle, but due to the decrease in infections in the region, we will relax the restrictions on visitation from March 27, 2023.
To everyone who makes a visitation
- Who can make a visitation;

- Family members of hospitalized patients. Or those who are registered as key persons.
- Those who are junior high school students or older. (For those who are elementary school students or younger, please refrain from visitation.)
- Those who do not have respiratory or gastrointestinal symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, diarrhea, etc.
- * Please wear a surgical mask and thoroughly disinfect your hands in the hospital.
- Visitation hours and number of people who can make visitation;

- Please complete the visitation procedure at the general information on the Grand Floor, receive your permit, and go up to the ward. If the permit cannot be confirmed in the ward, visitation will be canceled.
- Visitation hours are Weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays from 14:00 ~ 17:00 (Visitation hours are 15 minutes / day / time)
- 1 time per day for 1 patient. Visitation is up to 2 persons.
OTHER
For emergencies and intensive care unit (ICU) visitation, please contact the ward.

Cautions at visitation
- For visitation, first please apply visitation form at the reception in 1st floor, then proceed to hospital ward carrying with Visitation Card.
- We may limit visitation or refuse visitation depend upon patient condition.
- In consideration of privacy protection, we do not show patient name tag at the entrance of each ward floor. Please ask for 1st floor Reception Desk or each hospital ward reception.
- Please use Day Room for drinking and eating.
- Please avoid Primary School or younger age children visitation
- Parking fee for the visitor is chargeable.
Restriction at Visitation
- Visitation under the influence of drinking
- Drinking and Eating inside of hospital room
- Person in Cold symptoms or having other feeling of unwellness.
- Bring in fresh flowers
- Bring in Pets
